Cancellation Policy

All term-time lessons are paid for in advance by standing order, which is due on the 1st of every month from September 2024 - August 2025 inclusive.

My teaching timetable is currently full, and your weekly time slot is reserved for the whole academic year. As a small business, there will be no refunds or make up lessons given in the case of any missed lessons due to school trips, family holidays, illness, or otherwise.

Registered term-time students are able to book lessons during school holidays on a Pay As You Go (PAYG) basis by logging into the Student Portal.  In order to confirm your chosen time slot, lessons must be booked 48 hours in advance, and paid for in full at least 24 hours beforehand.  Please note that you will still be charged if you cancel your lesson within 24 hours or if you miss it.

If you should wish to cease lessons at any point this academic year, you should provide me with half a term's notice please.
